21O is, above all else, an organization freak. She's Type A personality to a fault but that does mean she's perfectly suited to her job. As an Operator she's tasked with essentially taking on the role of mission control for the ground unit she's assigned to, which is 9S. She's to watch over him and provide him with up to date intelligence, maps and other necessary information for him to get his job done. She's obessed with information and categorizing it, which is how she personally interacts with the world and makes sense of it. With all her files and data stored away neat and tidy she's incredibly effective at her role and takes great satisfaction in it. She's kind of like a librarian on steroids, if you will, which is good if you need to know something.

A stickler for rules and regulations, like most YoRHa personel 21O follows the orders she's given precicely by the Commander. She prides herself on her attention to detail and a job well done...but sometimes she can take this to the extreme. Her inflexability leaves her cold and hard to approach compared to some of the other Operators she works with, and to her wiggle room doesn't exist. If something is prohibited that's it, too bad. If something is classified, good luck ever getting her to blab. What matters to her above all else, at the end of the day, is carrying out a mission successfully. Personal feelings don't matter. After all, they're not allowed. 

- Impersonal 

Her rigidity paves the way for her seemingly impersonal demeanor. When spoken to, her responses are strictly business and exclusively related to the topic at hand. Time spent discussing something irrelevant to her current focus is time wasted towards her goals. Everything, to her, is graded on a system of success versus failure. This type of view leaves the impression that the person she's speaking with is less important that the thing they're involved in. Be it a professional task in need of completion or a simple errand, it must be done in accordance with the standards and a failure will be judged or criticized afterward. If you're getting her a mocha latte, you'd better hope that barista did it right or she'll notice.

- Dependent 

21O is, above all else, dependent on those around her. Despite her work-oriented focus, she would never be able to be and do as she does without the presence and assistance of others. Though she doesn't share her need to have others except under very specific circumstances (i.e. following 9S assisting her with a personal favor to further her personal studies), she understands that she would not be pleased without their presence. She does nothing to maintain their companionship as she assumes they will always be present to do their assigned, required duties. She'll have a learning curve when she's surrounded by individuals who are not obligated to be in her presence.

Powers and Abilities:

- Cloud computing. As an Operator unit 21O is capable of connecting with other Operators to maximize the threshold of her computing capabilities to process large amounts of information. 
- 21O also was given B type capabilities, which renders her capable of combat. Not only is she able to nag you to clean your room and put everything in order, but she'll kick your ass if you don't. 
- Like all YoRHa androids 21O has a black box which essentially acts as her heart. This black box is her power source and is fueled by a nuclear reactor, which means she's capable of self-destructing.
